June 2013:  Petkontur incorporated Ottoman Life Company.

Ottoman Life Company was incorporated into Petkontur after the completion of Konak
Houses construction, a land development job situated in Bodrum, Turgutreis all of
whose works was carried out by himself from the purchase of the land to the
construction, from selling to the relations after selling. Konak Houses was completed
in Bodrum Turgutreis and is a colourful and pleasent site comprising of 57 luxurious
houses, swimming pool, children’s play ground, restaurant. Houses are luxurious and
were completed by considering many details such as household appliances, air
conditioning, TV satellite system, fireplace, barbecue, built-in kitchen, washing machine.
All the houses have been sold out and the residents from several parts of the world have
taken their places in Konak Houses.

The projects hereinafter shall be realized within the structure of Petkontur.
